Wedding Packages

This package is for the couple who wants a professional to design, plan and execute their wedding from beginning to end. Using our experience, creativity and professional resources, we will create your perfect wedding. This plan includes:

  • Venue selection, site tours and contracting
  • Booking and meeting with all vendors
  • Complete wedding styling and design planning
  • Custom decor and design elements to tie in your overall unique wedding style
  • Access to your own private online planning profile that we manage for you. Includes checklists, budget worksheet, timeline, vendor contacts, guest list and seating assignments
  • Budget planning
  • Multiple meetings
  • Everything included in the “Standard Coordination” package and an additional day of assistant

This package is for the couple who has some of the key aspects already reserved such as venue, catering, etc… and would like a professional Wedding Planner to take over. We will take care of booking additional vendors, rentals, entertainment, decor, budgets, logistics and includes everything listed in the “Month of Wedding Coordination”.

This package is for the couple who can handle most of the planning but wants a professional to work out some of the details and be more hands on before and on the wedding day. This service starts 2 months prior to your wedding and includes:

  • Initial meeting to get to know each other and discuss your wedding concept
  • Professional advice on the overall planning of your wedding
  • One venue meeting plus one final walk-through of the ceremony and reception site
  • Review and feedback on your plans and contracts
  • Unlimited phone and email consultation
  • Create and maintain a timeline
  • Access to your own private online planning profile. Includes checklists, countdown calendar, vendor contacts, guest list and seating assignment tools
  • Coordinate details with your vendors and confirm orders
  • Point of contact for all vendors 30 days before the wedding
  • Design ceremony and reception floor plan
  • Direction of the ceremony rehearsal
  • Coordinate overall set-up and decor of ceremony and reception
  • Provide event schedule to wedding party, key family members and vendors
  • Distribute final payments and tips
  • Oversee the return of all rental items
  • Provide an emergency kit
  • A caring professional handling the details of your wedding so that you can truly enjoy a stress free day

This hourly service is for the client who wants to plan everything on their own but would like some guidance and advice from a professional. This does not include a coordinator on the day of your wedding. Items to be discussed (but not limited to):

  • Design, concepts and decor
  • Advice and tips on wedding plans

This service is for the client who either only wants assistance with styling and designing their wedding OR would like to add it on to their current package. *Please note that Design and Styling is already included in the Full Service package. Hannah Smith Events will create a beautiful cohesive wedding day based on your style and desires. Using our creativity, experience, aesthetic eye and professional resources, we will design a stunning, picture perfect event. Design and Styling includes (but is not limited to):

  • Access to private online wedding design studio and inspiration board that we have created for you
  • Meetings to assist you in envisioning your ideal wedding style
  • Selection of color schemes, furniture, linens, accessories and decor
  • Assistance with choosing stationery, printed materials, fonts, monograms and more
  • Guidance on wedding party attire
  • Custom creation of lighting, draping and overall ambiance
  • Table-scaping for dining tables, cake, dessert, gift and other accessory tables
  • Unique favors, seating charts, escort cards, guest book and other design details that tie in your style
  • Sourcing all necessary items and scheduling delivery
  • Booking and meeting with the florist
  • Includes all ceremony and reception decor
  • Manage installation, set up and clean up on the day of your wedding
